Absolutely not. Our retreats are intentionally curated to welcome individuals at every stage of their journey. Whether you have a lifelong practice or are sitting in stillness for the very first time, our expert guides provide clear, accessible instruction that meets you exactly where you are.

How do I know if this retreat is right for my current path?

If you are feeling a sense of misalignment, burnout, or a simple longing for deeper meaning, Transform Retreats offers the space to pause. We provide evidenced-based techniques for personal development that serve as tools for navigating major life transitions or finding stillness amidst chaos.

What is the policy regarding digital devices and connectivity?

To facilitate the deepest possible transformation, we encourage a 'Digital Detox' during your stay. While we don't confiscate devices, we recommend limited usage. Emergency contact information for the retreat center is provided to all participants to share with their families.

What will I leave with?

What kind of support is available after the retreat concludes?

The journey doesn't end when you leave. Every participant has the option of a follow up reflection consultation lasting up to 45 minutes with either Heidi or Matt. This can help to maintain your mental clarity and focus on your new path.

What about stress — how does the retreat actually help?

Stress rarely disappears just because you've taken a day off. What changes at a retreat is your relationship with it. When you step out of the environment that's been generating your stress and into a calm, supportive space, your nervous system gets a genuine chance to reset. Many attendees describe the experience as finally being able to breathe. Not because anything in their life has changed yet — but because they can now see a path forward as an actual possibility.

Will I have to talk in front of a group?

This is one of the most common concerns for first-timers — and it's a completely valid one. The answer is: only if you want to. Our facilitators create a safe, pressure-free environment where you are always in control of how much you share.
