Heidi is a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist who has been helping people create meaningful change since 2010. She feels privileged to support clients in finding their way back to themselves and moving toward their preferred future with greater clarity and confidence.
Many of the people who come to see Heidi feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from who they truly are beneath the pressures of daily life. They may have lost sight of what they want — or what they’re capable of — and can find it hard to imagine things being different.
Through a gentle, solution-focused approach, Heidi helps clients shift their attention away from what’s gone wrong and toward what’s possible. Together, they rediscover strengths, rebuild confidence, and take steady steps toward a future that feels lighter, brighter and more fulfilling.
For Heidi, the most rewarding part of her work is watching someone move forward with clarity and renewed belief in themselves – living the life they want to live.

Matt Dennis qualified as a hypnotherapist and personal transformation specialist in 2014 and has helped hundreds of people reclaim control of their lives and step into the future they truly want.
Throughout his career, Matt has worked with clients navigating some of life's most challenging terrain — depression, PTSD, anxiety, phobias, and the kind of deep-seated mental blocks that keep capable people stuck. Time and again, he has helped them break through, find clarity, and move forward with renewed confidence and purpose.
It is this wealth of real-world clinical experience that underpins everything Matt brings to his immersive weekend retreats. Drawing on proven tools from psychology, behavioural change and goal-setting science, alongside his deep expertise in the workings of the human mind, he creates a space where genuine, lasting transformation becomes possible.
Matt's approach is direct, structured, and grounded in results. He helps you define what you actually want, and build a clear, realistic roadmap to get there.
